Sweet Pea's birthday celebration

Today we celebrated Sweet Pea's 17th birthday in Laguna Beach at the Zinc Cafe. My friend Alice is dog-sitting for 2 years, while the owner of the dog, Wendy, is a Peace Corps Volunteer for 2 years in Tanzania. The dog is doing fine, having her is like having a baby or more like an older person.... it takes a lot of care, love and time.
