Coffee Scales

Metal is the theme for today's Wide Wednesday hosted by BobsBlips.  I saw these old scales in GoodRoots when we went out for a coffee this afternoon.  

This morning I did some WRAP work.  I didn't have a very good night, being woken up by my knee which is playing up, and painful.   Paracetamol helped me get back to sleep though it's been bad on and off all day.  Ann bought me a knee support which I'm hoping will help.  At least I managed to hobble down to the cafe.

The tennis from Paris is quite entertaining.  Alcaraz being beaten in his first match.
