Old ladies tiaowu

Tonight, just beside the 24hr cash machines where I paid my 4000RMB (£415 / US$650) monthly rent, I saw a what's relatively common sight throughout China elderly people dancing in unison. Dancing in Chinese is tiaowu which I suppose it keeps people healthy, active and promotes a sense of community which can only be a good thing.
