The Pollinator

The bees love the salvia in our garden, reaching into the tube to access the nectar with their long tongues. A stamen can be seen rubbing on the back of the bee. The pollen from this stamen sticks to its hairy body and then rubs onto the next flower it visits, part of the pollination process.
