Little Sassie

Meet little Sassie, not to be confused with Jazz who you met on th 8th June.
Sassie is a Seal Birman with perfect Birman features (note the white socks over the dark legs) and although she is 10 years old this year, she is so small just like a kitten. Every year when I take her for her jab, the vet sticks her on the scales and says 'Still like a bag of sugar'. She never gains any weight maybe because she is completly neurotic. In fact if there was such a thing as an autistic cat!!! You get my drift.

She never sits still, only to sleep. Just to capture this blip, I had to wait for her to come round the table and set the camera on pet auto.

We've now been told she has a heart murmer, but it still doesn't stop her behaving like a kitten. Originally purchased for my youngest son who has since married and moved away to Bath. But each time he visits with his new love, he still makes a bit fuss of little Sassie.

So now you have met the entire animal household of The Outlook.
Phoebe is still causing concern, almost having mini fits, where she tries to scratch with her back feet. Obviously the stitches are tightening and causing irritation.

So today I have been with her constantly. The only time I put her down was to make some sourdough bread to go with our slow cooked beef and tomatoe casserole tea. Meanwhile, my better half has been to the dump with lots of garage/garden clutter and tied up one of our large climbing roses blown off the trellis in the wind. It's calm outside now so it's time for the slug hunt, again!!!

Thankyou for visiting and reading my dribble. Father's day tomorrow - hope all you dads have a great special day.
