Very different

A very different night to last night. This was about to be my hotel room for the night. A down jacket and 2 dog blankets for warmth. Fortunately, as I was getting my self organised, a friend and ex-colleague of mine walked past with his wife and their dog. So I have a good warm bed for the night. Fate is a strange thing. Their daughter, whom I don’t know, normally walks the dog in the evening. So we wouldn’t have recognised each other. Mrs LL is in a hotel near her work place in Ambleside Roads are impassable and it’s due to freeze overnight.
