The Breakfast of Champions

Not really. It'll be weetabix for my grandson when he finally awakes. This is just a handy cupcake left over from yesterday- decorated by the eight year old. 

We had a lovely family party yesterday and our grandson stayed, a bit reluctantly it has to be said, but he has slept well. He'll be here all day while his mum and dad are at work. When he goes home at about 6pm the house will fill up again with different people who are involved with tree planting. 

My sister goes home today and I'll be taking her to Edinburgh for her onward journey. We'll rendezvous with our uncle who is taking us out for lunch. 

A busy day hence an early and easy blip. I'm on weetabix duty now so I must go.
