Experiments with Smoke

My 'other' photo club in Ladbroke had an experimental night with jossticks and smoke generators, not entirely sure we all succeeded but it usually takes three goes at something new for us to get good results.

I've combined a couple of images to get a blip of sorts.

'Edward' is a printed face inside an old duffel coat draped around a tripod, photographed outside.
The smoke is an internal shot of a burning josstick.

I did well in the photo competition though - just a vote by the members - we don't go in for formal judging.
