Banana Flowers

The little banana patch at Kanapaha Botanical Gardens is putting on a show. Its banana 'hands' have been harvested but the Banana Flowers remain. Here's a link to interesting, at least to me, info about the Flowers as a Superfood; harvest and preparation.
