Sitting in the Dark

I had a bad day with a headache, nausea, fever. It started at 2 am and I am just now starting to feel a little better.
Spend most of the night and the day sitting upright on the sofa, the only position that didn't seem to trigger more vomiting.
No way I could have gone to work today. Haven't eaten and tried all day to keep some liquids inside.
If necessary, I will stay home again tomorrow (but I really don't want to sit in the house for another day).

This second shingles jab was much worse than the first one.
