I didn't sleep well last night, eventually got to sleep about 02:00 and woke up at 05:00. 

Was nice to see Beau this morning. After a walk we went to Pets at Home to get him fitted for an anti pull harness, then I looked after him while Jo went to Boots and Dunelm. The traffic going into the mall was crazy. We had a BK on the way home. Was very nice to see Beau again, who when he saw me didn't know what to do or what toy to bring me!
