Windermere car ferry.

Weather not as good as I expected and definitely not suitable for the much needed garden tidying. I decided to go to Millerground but all the parking spaces were taken so continued to Bowness and walked to the ferry and back. Didn’t feel like paying £1 each way (pedestrian charge) to have a ride across. Perhaps when the weather’s better.

This morning I started to take things out of the ‘camping cupboard’. I’ve blown an air mattress up to see if it stays inflated but haven’t found a tent yet.
