First trip to India

This is Phiso. We are both on a course in India. He has travelled from Africa, me from Scotland. We had a yoga class on the beach this morning. We both missed it. But I did my own yoga with Adrienne and stretched a bit. The morning is peaceful and beautiful. A slower pace with the day unfolding. All the time in the world.
