From yesterday….
Nothing much to be said about today…
Have spent most of it in bed,  curled in a ball,  in pain and as much as possible asleep..
A really bad attack of IBS…which does tend to come suddenly,  although I was lucky to get away with it yesterday as I had occasional niggling pain..
I have meds to take and trying not to eat although I’m hungry…!
Have left hubby and daughter fend for themselves..
I’m sure they won’t starve…!!
Hoping for a better day tomorrow.
