New growth

Despite the inclement weather we've had of late, there are signs of new life in my garden. A reminder that no season lasts forever.

It's been raining almost solidly for 6 days now; fortunately there are blue skies forecast for the coming week, so I should be able to get the mountain of washing that's building up out of the way.

Off to make up my bed with clean sheets and then to slide between them in search of blissful sleep.
