Perfect brownie

I don't know why anyone would cook to create a brownie when you can do a marvellous and superior raw one.

This only contains: walnuts, dates, cacao powder, almonds, and a pinch of salt. The spices star anise, or cardamon, are optional. It takes about 10 minutes to assemble. Pop it in the fridge to harden off before cutting.
