Sprouting

A week ago we drastically cut back our fiddle leaf fig. It was scary, but the leaves on the top half caused by the overhanging rose when were away in South Africa in September got the better of me.
Today, both branches have tiny pointy sprouts!!! Hoping this is the beginning of great things to come :)

A bird blessing today was a tiny Jacky Winter who posed and spread its tail out and then called for me so I was very sure of what it was.
