Before ............

 ............... and after  -  certainly a work in progress.

Nathan the Gardener visiteth.     Between us we have a plan  -  Deforest, cut back, tidy up all the way round and then the digging over will start.  It's been so wet and we have a fair bit of clay soil so it's very 'clarty' underfoot.

Himself and I have always had descriptive words (to us) for parts of the garden when we've talked about it - this part we call "the triangle".
We have a "side garden", "pond garden", "corner garden" "across the bottom", the "cat side"  -  they're in the back and in the front we have the "window garden", the "front side", the "front border", the "drive side".
Makes it sound huge but it's not really.
