Looking over the edge

When we walk or snowshoe up our nearest hill we can take a short detour to this corner and look down into the forest below and down the valley.
So this was a picture from our trip this morning. There's also an extra of BrambleBlossom taking a picture from here, though in the end she blipped an Alien..
Later in the day Dave (blipper NotCuthbert) and I took down a dead fir tree which will become firewood for this winter and perhaps next winter too. He blipped the event. The felled tree is the next extra.
My fellow blippers are hassling me a little because they all blipped ages ago so I'll cave in to social pressure and stop here.
