And the curtain parted

Lots of activity out to sea this morning around 8am.  Crazy weather, I believe this is a water spout.
I took a sequence of six images from 7.49am to 8.09am and they can be viewed in Flickr, both colour and mono.
The crazy weather continued here all day, we have had sunshine, downpours, thunder, lighting....repeat repeat.
Day 3 of my mono challenge, going OK so far.
