Murky over the moors...

...and a silly place to park...

...and possibly a silly day to head off to the dark side...

We had arranged to go to Atherton to meet up with a couple of Roy's old friends, and have lunch out. A lovely catch up, as he hasn't seen them since pre-Covid times. 

It was very misty this morning, but we still had a hassle free journey. Coming back was the same - though we braved the M62, which was clear, amazingly ;)
