Wednesday 24 June 2009: Mogwai meets John Coltrane
Had a great day today, had some lovely quiet time before the Girls the woke up. Girl2 appeared for her usual dose of CBEEBIES on the radio. It is a nice time together before the other Girls get up. She dances and sings along.
Had a good day at work and unusually had lunch with some colleagues. when talking about children one said he wishes he had written some of the great things the children had said as he keeps forgetting so much. I may add some of these memories in here.
Headed back into town to catch 'Accoustic LadyLand' at the Voodoo Lounge. They were magic. Really loud and energetic. Not wanting to blip the band I have blipped the glitter ball.
Canal was so peaceful on the ride back home
Ears ringing, off to bed now
