End of the painting, for now

Just one last painting job, which I hadn't thought of. Inside the wardrobe the white painting was yellow as it hadn't been done since just before F.M.i.L. moved in, so that would be nearly 12 years ago.
With all of the painting we've been doing Marlane said 'Do you want to use one of my Frenchic brushes?". Thought I might as well give it a go for the fiddly bits, other bit I use a small roller for gloss, big roller for the walls and ceiling.
It was a revelation for me, the Frenchic brushes are so easy to paint with, and the bristles do not come out, unlike some more normal brushes.
Before starting we got one of the rolls of plastic that we used when Marlane was having her walk in wardrobe built. That's the roll up on the shelf, with the orange at one end.
It meant we didn't have to empty the wardrobe, the plastic protected everything from and drips or splashes. It's so easy to use too, you just unroll it as you feed it out with that orange strip sticking, in this case, to the back of the shelf front (if that makes sense).
Carpet fitter is not coming until the 16th so we've got plenty of time to do finishing touches, apart from putting the bed into the room.
