Diversion

A block of flats in Newhaven was declared dangerous on the 24th of January when cracks appeared. The road outside was then closed, temporarily. That then forced all the traffic onto nearby roads including this one. The result? Constant gridlock every morning and evening. There's been pretty much no point in me waiting for the bus as I can generally get home before one passes me. At least it means I'm doing more walking. I pity the people stuck in their vehicles.

Update: The road in question is now opening! Phew.
