Spring colours

I went out into the garden to my homework for A Year With My Camera. I was attempting to shoot in manual and get 2 photos with different settings but the same exposure. This was trickier than it might have been as my compact zoom Panasonic has quite a small range of aperture settings and the course is written with DSLR in mind.
I was pleased to find a few things showing some colour at last.
