Well this is just the weirdest bread thing! It's called Keto* Bread in a Mug and it's done in the microwave. I know that there are cake microwave recipes in mugs, but I've never made one. I'll have it with my brocolli and black bean soup for lunch. 

*Just to be clear, I'm not on a Keto diet!

I didn't feel well enough to walk 8 miles with 1500 feet of ascent this morning with the club, which was a shame, but I'd have held the others up. So another day of pootling about at home and I made a fish curry.
