Yellow.

"Tis citrus season!  Plenty of Meyer's Lemons and Bearss' Limes to harvest.  I grew up thinking that Limes were green and Lemons yellow.  The Bearss' lime start out green, but are ripe when they are yellow.  Easily confused with lemons...until one realizes that the Meyer's lemons are almost an orangish yellow.  Need a lemon to squeeze on grilled salmon?  Just go out the door and pick one!  Have a hankering for a G&T? Pluck a lime from the tree! Oh, according to my Sicilian cousins, lemons with a slight tinge of green make the best limoncello.
Squeezable harvest.
Limoncello,  Mojito,
or Lemon-Limeade!?
