Flying Pins

The statue consists of a bowling ball (6500 cm) and ten pins.
The work of art consists of a bowling ball half sunk into the ground that has just thrown a 'strike': hitting all ten pins in one go. By placing such an image of the internationally known artist duo, the municipality of Eindhoven wanted to profile itself and perform a cultural act, albeit accompanied by a financial loss. Most criticism of this is quickly silenced because the image indeed turns out to be the desired eye-catcher.
