Trail friends

We are at the coast for the evening before our day tomorrow exploring Bulls Island off the coast of South Carolina.

We had good food and plenty of laughter at supper. These girls sang happy birthday to me. Yes, we were loud and probably got some looks from the other diners. Dessert was free so we had apple crisp and a big chocolate cookie with ice cream. We all shared as the serving was huge! Our sweet waitress said she had a blast serving us! We tipped her well and I got a birthday hug from her. She is also a hiker.

Looking forward to the scenery and the wildlife tomorrow. I brought two cameras so I hope I will get good photos from them both!
