The 35/50MM Debate!

I do concede that a 35mm lens can be useful in some cases.  This morning I took a wide image of Comber Square, but it lacked impact.  This image was taken in Castle Street showing the cafe I have photographed before, but here the 35mm lens enabled me to show the full setting.  I did like how the last person leaving caught my eye, I do like interaction in photographs.  However that interaction is distant, maybe a 50mm lens would have been better!    The extra image is heavily cropped and a 50mm lens would have been useful, but I couldn't resist taking it from the far side of the road.  If I had crossed the road to get closer I would have missed the moment.

The jury is still out!
