During / after

A pretty bleak day for running today.
We did Caer Caradoc then up and over the Mynd and down Minton Valley and then the Ragleth to finish. Tough on the old legs. It was one of those runs that we probably would have just abandoned if we weren’t training for events. It was bleak: cold, windy and little visibility. Thankfully, we were rewarded with some views for the last hour and we got to see the very cool Vending Hut at the end. It wasn’t the day for it today but I can imagine those ice-creams would be the perfect post-run treat in the summer!
