Anthony Gormley's statue has had a bit of a makeover at this part of The Water of Leith.

Pilates this morning; a new venue for a term as the other one is getting work done. A large sports hall, not a cosy room but I'm sure I'll get used to it and grateful the class can still go ahead.  She had some new comers in the first class so she is going to ask the others if they could come to the later one I am in so she is only doing one level in one class.  I am getting used to being the only one, not sure how I feel about intruders ;)

Later I forced myself out a walk. 
I feel numb and tired and heavy. 

Phoned the dentist and got an appt first thing Wed.
