Felicitas

First of all you probably want to know how great nephew got on in his boxing match yesterday. I spoke to sis this morning. She and bro-in-law went. 

Apparently there were over three thousand in a huge marquee and the noise was intense. Anyway our boy came out and started landing some super jabs. But his technique fell to pieces and the fight was stopped in the second round after he had been knocked down. I saw the video and it looked amazing. His opponent is his best mate and afterwards they were hugging for ages. Huge respect.

This evening I went to a performance by Felicitas , a local choir I have been following for years. The programme, Darkness Into Light , was a beautiful selection of choral pieces. Some were supported by the organ. Always uplifting.
