Gentle progress

Mr EAnn did some tidying up in the front garden this morning and we planted some primulas out there this afternoon. A rescue bargain from the garden centre yesterday only £1 for half a dozen good plants. I do like a bargain.
Then we did a bit more tidying up in the back garden and shifted a few pots around. These Tete a Tete narcissus were added to a year ago and they really are a good display now. Nice to be able to sit out and have a coffee with a bit of early sunshine.
Very excited to see plenty of buds on a large pot of fritillary.
Also enjoyed watching the birds on the feeder. This winter we are reliably seeing Long Tailed Tits for the first time. It’s probably a sign of climate change so I ought to find it worrying but they are such a joy to see.
