One of the issues was getting mum to change beds so she wasn’t tripping over hazards she had created.

This meant the mattresses needed swapping – the damaged one to be disposed of.  Dad decided to do it alone, he got it downstairs some how but got stuck in the kitchen and my sister had to rescue him.
 
As a distraction I finished emptying two water butts and I think I can arrange and link them on the four slabs level with the shed.
