Alien

Another new venue for us, Pearce’s, a place of two halves: bar layout, cafe layout, a bit weird - cosy and sterile in equal measures. Good food but no cask beer, overpriced keg IPA (took two blinks at the bill) but possibly the best alcohol free IPA I’ve come across in Alien Form. To quote the can blurb: ‘Buckle up for huge citrus aromas and an out of this world, fruity AF flavour adventure.’ Just a tad over the top from the marketing department then but, hey, I’d buy it again any time!
