Cold Hoverfly

So very cold this morning, in spite of the sunshine. We had a heavy hailstorm after lunch.  I was surprised that a few intrepid hoverflies were on the wing. I don't think I've seen the one above before. It has distinctive white bands on its legs. It might be one of the Cheilosias, maybe bergenstammi, the ragwort blacklet.
