The Boys at Spring Training

We traveled about 90 miles away today to see our Detroit Tigers take on the hated New York Yankees in Lakeland, Florida. This is s-i-l Doug and grandson Merrick in the big chair.

We had great seats. They were in the sun, but there were clouds and a nice breeze.

Our Tigers jumped out with 3 runs in the 1st inning, and we ended up winning the game 11-6.

2. Dessert was waiting for us at Parkesdale Farms. Guess what it was? It was delicious.
