Walking and talking

Visit from M this morning for a catch up then out with L in the afternoon for a long walk. We grabbed a coffee and cake at Polly's on the way past, that will do for lunch and it's good to see her back on the road today after her refurb, she has swanky wheels now. Always interesting discussions with L. The view was great today as was the weather, see extra.
