Brian's Bits

A moot point?

Or even a Mute point?  Well, you have to check, don't you?
"Despite their name, Mute Swans are not completely silent, but their vocalisations are considerably quieter than those of other swan species. The term “mute” likely refers to the fact that they are less vocal than other swans, rather than being completely silent.  Mute Swans communicate using a variety of sounds, including soft honks and whistles.  They are especially vocal during courtship and nesting periods."
All week I've not been siting my shots on account of not having a bleeping clue which section of wet I was on at any given moment; the other two have been at least once before and were well acquainted.
I went through a phase where the (borrowed) Camera settings were all awry; but this one wasn't.
