Still trawling through old photo albums and packets as we think about Mum. Here are the three of we oldest sisters with the neighbour's daughter in the back garden of our grandparents' Gallatown bungalow. A hot summer, probably 1959 or 60 given the absence of the youngest sister (born February 59). 

No designer clothes then or ever as, like most kids then I suspect, we lived in sibling and cousinly hand-me-downs.
