Athos

Not sure that Athos has full grasped the fitness steps use! Yesterday's Cardiac Physio session went real well and walked back from town, that did catch up with me later!
Today was reasonably Spring like and we got work underway. In extras the sky this evening, would believe moments later a twenty minute cloud burst!
