Conflict

I've been working on the Parish Council newsletter and needed some wildlife images to go with a brief article on Biodiversity that a contributor had put together - so I sat with my long lens just inside the door and watched the aggressive competition for one of the two feeding places.  Both the Goldfinches (here) and the Greenfinches are very aggressive little birds.  There seem to be many more Greenfinches around at the moment than Ive seen for quite a few years - I counted nine one morning.
