Run Coffee Cake

So this is the name of the group!  our neighbour put us onto them.. Adventure knows no bounds!! wonderful group..

The run commenced at Loxwood Wey and Arun canal. Do like a canal. Very pretty, Very peaceful..

Another muddy gathering today.
I loved this group.. my first.run.8miles!  after parkrun, 20.mile EMTB very active weekend.
I need to get through tomorrows running club training..
Then rest of week rest.. Hubby landmark halfs on Sunday! He has trained well.
We beat the rain just this morning!
Cold.and tired now..
