Mono Monday - The Fool

This week's challenge had me totally baffled, thinking of the fools that kings hired to entertain them. Then I remembered that the Guardian usually put in an April's fool joke some where in their coverage. I'm pretty sure this article must be it unless the Tories have totally lost the plot.
