Caerketton Craigs and the T-Wood

A lovely day to start BST. A nice walk in the sunshine, thin jacket required to keep the cool breeze at bay in shady places. I noticed that a couple of sycamore leaves had made an appearance. On the way home, a butterfly that had been sunning itself on the pavement, fluttered off. I thought that was a missed opportunity. However, it landed on a shop window. It stayed where it was long enough for me to get a photo of the Peacock Butterfly, Extra.

After lunch, partner and I walked up to Swanston. It was still sunny, despite the clouds on the main blip of Caerketton Craigs. There were lots of other views, but no munros. The highest peak of the Ochil Hills had remnants of last week's snow. North Berwick Law was also visible, but the Bass Rock was hidden by sea fog. It was very warm by the time we got home. Nice to sit an relax, with the window open, listening to the birds singing, while drinking coffee, and munching sone Easter egg chocolate.
