Unexpected day at sea

So…we should have been in Haugesund today. I should have been on a rib ride. We are not. The captain tried to dock the ship, but unfavourable weather conditions meant that he couldn’t and made the decision to continue on and head back to Southampton a day early. We are travelling slower, so still won’t get there until scheduled, but we have missed our last port of call.
It’s a shame, but totally understandable. I’m just a little distant it the rib. Still I can always do a rib ride elsewhere.
Took this as we did a few laps of the decks once the weather had brighten up a bit…still as windy as heck though!!
