A Long Day

The weather has dried up so up on the bike at 8am to work, teaching morning classes. Quick lunch break and a whole afternoon of workshops as part of out teacher development program. The workshops were all for aerial slings, which is related to aerial silks but the fabric is a long closed loop rather than the open ended silks. You can make nice big, billowing shapes (see pic). Back home at 4:30pm and ready for a very early and very big dinner ;-D
