Angles. Leitz Summicron 50mm DR

The blanket chest is slowly coming together.  The Blip shows some of the miters freshly marked out, right off the plane, assembled without glue to check accuracy.  I didn't expect the sequencing of assembly to be such a challenge.  There are lots of miter joints which must come together perfectly.  In order for that to happen, they must be clamped properly while the glue dries.  This requires gluing temporary blocks to frame members beforehand.  The clamps grab onto these.  The next step cannot take place until glue has dried properly, the joint has derived strength, and the temporary blocks have been planed off.  Tricky, but satisfying when everything aligns just so.
