A Day Worth Recording

Astronautical

They say you shouldn't judge a book by its cover.  Typically, I find more often that the cover somewhat over-judges the content.  This one, however, is the opposite.

The subtitle implied something a bit preach'y and the endorsements, especially the Independent's, are just so off the mark its unreal.  Thus, it sat on the 'to read' pile for months.

I don't think I've read anything this enlightening for a very long time.  It's simply the working life story of an astronaut, and it is excellent.
